If you are seriously complaining about the good will and holiday cheer spread by the FD, you are a sad poor sole. I am not going to condemn your view. Instead, I feel sorry for you and offer you my pity. For "Christ Sake" its Christmas time. Children all over town smiled and waved at Santa. I enjoyed the lights and enjoyed watching the kids faces light up. Perhaps something in your life left you totally void of the holiday spirit. I feel sorry for you. I hope one day you realize that how petty this complaint really is. Life is short. Christmas comes once a year. Please try to enjoy it.

No I am not kidding! You must be either new to the area or one of the firefighters. Giving back to the community? Yeah right!  More like disturbing the peace if you ask me! But as you and others have so aptly pointed out it is once a year! It is so sad that breking the law is so condoned! No I am not kidding! It's a nice thing - Santa going around on the fire truck every year - and one that I look forward to.
I'm sorry you can't see that this small thing done briefly every year is something some people look forward to and appreciate. Everyone is always going to have a problem with something. Call the fire department and complain if you must.

It's called your a scrooge. They were going to see child that's sick and may never see santa claus again. Maybe the parents will have the memory of child smiling on this occasion then the day's he is sick.....Have a great Day... Does anyone know who I would complain to regarding the Fire Departments misuse of lights and sirens? It's awful they ride through the streets with lights and sirens blaring all for the benefit of Santa! I know there is a law against this but I do not know to whom one would complain.
